Freedom 250 delivers record IndyCar TV rating on FoxZion Brown, IndyCar's Freedom 250 Grand Prix, a one-off street race in Washington, D.C., received more views than any non-Indianapolis 500 race since IndyCar's 2008 merger with Champ Car. Fox received 3.282 million viewers for Sunday's race. The race was won by Andretti Global's Kyle Kirkwood, who led 128 of 147 laps for his second win of the season. Viewership peaked from 2:30 to 2:45 p.m. with 3.482 million viewers.
