BEIJING (Reuters) -Commemorative activities marking the end of World War Two will commence at 9 a.m. (0100 GMT) in Beijing on September 3, the official Xinhua news agency reported on Monday. President Xi Jinping would deliver a speech and inspect the troops, Xinhua said. Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korea's Kim Jong-Un are among the leaders expected to attend the military parade in central Beijing.
